Your website is AMAZING!!!
I was shocked by the immediate interest I received in my house without listing it with a realtor. As a matter of fact, I was going to give it 2 months to sell before I would end up listing it with an agent; but, after the overwhelming response I had in the first two weeks, I knew that I would be able to sell it myself. Two of the first three people who looked at my house wanted to sign a purchase agreement! Not only did I have a lot of traffic of people who wanted to look at my house, I had a purchase agreement signed and the closing completed within 2 months of putting it on your site. Actually, the people who bought my house were living in New York at the time. They found it on the website, and had their parents come check it out. I wanted to let you know that my townhome has gone under contract as of Monday, August 10th (I got 3 contracts on Sunday), so that you can put your "Sale Pending" banner on it. I do feel that your website had a lot to do with at least 2 of the contracts as well as a few inquiries. We closed on the house yesterday. Please change the status to "SOLD!" By the way, I want to tell you how easy you made it for me.
